近年来，进一步加大了招商引资的工作力度，坚持科学规划，合理布局，先后投入基础设施1200多万元建设了工业园区，园区一期工程规划1500亩，目前已开发利用500多亩。黄塍工业园区，奉行“亲商、安商、富商”宗旨，坚持以信誉、效率为保证，不断优化投资环境，建立了项目引进审批“一条龙”服务，项目建设“全方位”服务，企业投产后的经常性服务体系。多元投入加速了园区建设步伐，园内交通、电讯、供水、能源等基础设施日趋完善；筑巢引凤引来了有识之士，目前入园企业已有30家，均取得了较好的效益，赢得了业主的信赖。2002年被命名为扬州市乡镇示范工业园区。

The first phase of park planned to cover 1500 mu, now 500 mu has been developed. Huangcheng Industrial Park follows the aim of "pro-trader, making trader fell at ease, enriching trader", adhere to prestige and efficiency, optimize soft environment of investment constantly, set up a completed service system for introduction, examination and approval of project and its construction and after going into operation. Pluralism investments have accelerated pace of construction in the garden, the infrastructures such as traffic, telecom, supplying water, energy etc in the garden are becoming more perfect. There are 30 enterprises, which enter into the garden at present and make better benefit, and gain the owner's trust. The garden was named the demonstration-industrialized-garden of township and towns of Yangzhou in 2002.
